Step 2 - Perform discovery
During our discovery call we will dive into your customer persona, current challenges, the key performance metrics you’re looking to improve and your ideal timeline for improving them. At the end of our discovery call we’ll get you booked in for a strategy call so that we can begin working on the research and recommendations for your brand.
Step 3 - Receive strategy
We’ll walk you through the growth strategy front-to-back including the research our team performed, recommended changes for you to make and the biggest growth levers your team can pull. We’ll also go through your Kickstart Roadmap, an actionable 90-day game plan with mockups, designs, creatives and anything else you might need to increase revenue.
Step 4 - Kickstart growth
At the end of our call, assuming it’s a good fit, we’ll offer to handle the implementation of the kickstart roadmap on a trial basis and increase your revenue by 10% or more in 30 days or less. The only remaining question: will you decide to handle the changes yourself, or will you partner with our award-winning growth team to handle them for you?
